Thanks to GiftBasketsOverseas for creating a happy moment for Recipient and me! Thanks for the chocolates and a rose from the company that shows how much you care about your customers! Thanks to the agent who worked very hard with me. I will use GiftBasketsOverseas again.

My online order was placed on 21 April 2016 at 19:00 MDT. The flowers were delivered to my friend in Russia at approximately 14:30 local time in Taganrog, Russian Federation. Amazingly quick! The recipient said the red roses were fresh and beautiful, and were delivered to her workplace without any problems. A special thank you is extended to Catalina Adams for her timely follow-up telephone call to confirm the order details. You can be assured I will use your company in the future. You made two people very happy!

Fist of all, the web site is so easy to use. The selection of gift aBaskets is excellent.paymeny by Pay Pal makes it very safe. The communication is first class. The fact the company contacted our friend and made sure, that firstly it was the correct address, secondly made sure our friend would be home to receive the Gift Basket. The gift Basket was of very good quality, and our friend Loved it. Then we where notified the basket was delivered. We would recommend Gift Baskets Over Seas to everyone.

This company has shown me for the second time, that is the one you can trust the most when it comes to sending gifts around the world. I hired them twice (sending to South Korea), and both times I was more than satisfied. I will come back to them!

I have now used GiftBaskets Overseas twice since my Son and Daughter In Law shifted for a working contract to Boston. I got home after a long day at work and realized my friend's birthday was in couple of hours In Rep. Of Georgia which is 9hrs ahead. I had heard of the giftbasketoverseas, but had never used them. I frantically placed the order for a teddy bear and chocolates for same day delivery and hoped for the best. While confirming my order I realized I had misspelled my email address and since i had confirmed it there was no way to change it. I was furious with myself for forgetting to order the gift earlier and messing the surprise up. I had no hope for the gift ever reaching my friend at all. But couple of minutes later I recieved a call from customer service; they confirmed my order and fixed my email, also told me they would try their best to get the basket on time even though they require two days prior notice. To my amazment, my friend recieved the gift the same day before her work closed. Thank You Guys you are the best !!!!

My experience with this company has been very good, have always delivered what I asked and most importantly, no matter the time, they are always giving shipment status and answered the questions I had

Although, I placed my order quite late (one day before i wanted it to be delivered), the company did their best to deliver the gift the very next day. I would recommend using their service to EVERYONE! They also contacted me through email to make sure the order is correct and if i have any questions! Btw, the gift was exactly the same as on the picture on the website. I'm very happy with this service! Will definitely use it again! Thank you so much! Arina
