Sent a basket to my long distance partner for our anniversary and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, it was better than anything we could’ve expected, the presentation of the gifts was beautiful, wrapped in lovely, classy boxes and laid out in a professional way, and that’s after coming across two continents! Excellent company for sending gifts to loved ones living abroad, this is the first time I’ve used them and it won’t be my last. My daughter lives in Hong Kong and instead of putting money in her account for her birthday I wanted to do something different so I decided to send her a chocolate hamper (she’s pregnant so no booze). The gift arrived right on time and she sent me a photo of the hamper and it looks amazing. She’s happy, I’m happy so thank you! I highly recommend this company.

Initially I was unhappy that GBO took my money and then sent to tell me that because of Covid - 19 the delivery would not be made on time. I wrote a somewhat vituperative email to make my point to them. The customer services team then went out of their way to keep my Mother-in-Law informed and made the delivery on Mother'd Day as appropriate. For an old lady (95 years) living alone it was such a tonic for her to receive her gift on time! We are eternally grateful and will use GBO on all appropriate occasions in the future: we will recommend them to all our friends. This day and age this level of customer service is rare and I ask you to keep it up!!
