We have ordered a few times from Giftbasketoverseas and the overall service has always been excellent. The purchase experience was smooth and simple. Yaroslav and his team assisted us in the best possible manner during the booking process. In addition. the reaction to the gift baskets was better than we expected. We will surely use Giftbasketoverseas again in the future

We partnered with Gift Baskets overseas this year to deliver thank you packages to our global senior sales leadership as a thank you to them for their exceptional business performance. The gifts arrived on time and in particular I feel compelled to call out Cadi Melo for his professional and outstanding handling of our account and for addressing our needs to ensure we achieved the joyful moment we were hoping to create with the gifts boxes as the reward and recognition which was so well deserved by those on the receiving end. Cadi went the extra mile and we could all take a leaf out of his book for delivering an incredible customer experience.

I loved the fact that when my item was out of stock, the company contacted me and made proposals so that my Christmas gift could arrive on time. The alternative option was even better than my first choice.Plus it arrived on time without paying anything more.I believe this is a professional site that can be trusted and I will be happy to purchase again.

Giftbasketsoverseas team are good at putting together the multiple orders in the specified time and in ensuring that the whole experience is smooth.

Working with Cadi Melo at Drinkable Gifts was an absolute pleasure and he made the entire process smooth, simple and efficient. It was so great to place all our corporate holiday orders for deliveries to various countries all in one place at Drinkable Gifts. This has been such a time-saver in comparison with previous years and the time-consuming project of using various vendors and following up on deliveries, etc., but at Drinkable Gifts, Cadi provided a personalized service, was very proactive, managed all our orders, kept us updated and even went the extra mile to check delivery address details were correct. I would definitely work with Drinkable Gifts again and I would recommend Cadi's excellent service to anyone! 5 out of 5 stars.

Great to work with! They made getting a gift to China so easy. They even helped with an address change that I had to make after the order had been submitted. My vendor in China loved the basket he received.

every step of the ordering process was very easy and simple, great variety of gifts, good communication back (confirmation of order, tracking, etc,)
