This is a total scam. I logged on and they immediately charged me 219 for a membership and 849 for medicine. I immediately cancelled and NEVER received the medicine. I want me money refunded as this should never happen to anyone! I received a fake USPS note and when I clicked on it there was no orders/shipments. DO NOT , I MEAN DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! I will go to every social media outlet to tell them my situation, including the BBB which they aren't accredited and tell them. My name is Lauren Schwartz and they can look my up. They are claiming the money is non refundable and I didn't receive anything except a note from my insurance saying it isn't covered which for 99% of you will be the same unless you have Diabetes. I am beyond furious and am upset that they are able to run a business

Can I give negative stars? I wish. The meds they sent me were ruined. They arrived 3 days late after I paid for expedited shipping. The ice packs were completely melted. I am now over 3 weeks waiting for a resolution. Oh and the coaching? BS. I had someone contact me the first day, and that was it. No plan or anything was ever put in place. This company is not to be trusted.

The communication process is so simple and easy

I have used the product for a month and have combined it with Simple Fasting and workouts 3-4 times a week. I have only lost 1 lb but was told that it takes time to really get going. My gripe is that I asked for a vacation override as I would be in Panama, the country, for the second batch and their nurse denied it. Now I'll have to pay for the second batch and who knows how long it will take to get here. Will it be usable or do I shell out almost $1000 for a medicine I cannot use because it went bad. Probably will not continue without assurance that if that product goes bad before it arrives in Panama I will get my money back. To add insult to injury my wife started the program the same time and received her second shipment without any BS. Paul Miano

I am honestly really frustrated with the process right now. The getting started was very easy and the team was helpful. I received my first dose quickly and it's been extremely helpful. I've lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks However, I followed instructions to order my second dose early and followed all action steps listed in my portal. Nothing happened and when a week past I reached out via messenger. The response was a brief note that I needed to weigh in and complete the check in. Ok, fair- although nothing was sent to me to complete. I looked all over the portal- couldn't find anything. Reached out again through messaging. They sent a link. Entered my weight- then hit continue- but nothing happened. Sent another message informing the link did not work. No response. So I signed up for a provider appointment. Joined my 11:00 a.m. appointment at 10:58. A little circle rotated saying waiting to connect to provider. I waited until 11:20 for this 15 minute appt. No one came on. I don't know if it was another tech issue or if they didn't show. Now I'm worried they will try to charge me a no show fee. I would give the process and user friendly aspect zero stars right now. It really shouldn't be this hard for the patient. I called their customer service line twice after the video visit and never could get through to a customer service rep. I rarely do reviews like this but this was terrible. I will update if things improve.

My order has been pending for over a week. I'm paying for a membership but cannot get the medication for it.
