Honestly, I was really surprised that they actually communicate with you very often and then the medicine showed up at my door and a cold pack and all the instructions were right there and if I have any questions, they are easily reachable! I couldn’t believe it wasn’t a scam! I am very satisfied, and super excited for this journey!

Misleading info on website. Incomplete information in order to trap new clients then you get a diffrent ammount and reality. Bogus preditor companys praying on people who need the meds. If u have insurance they will send it and u r good. No insurance its all a lie. 3 months Only covers pills not the shots. BEWARE. 49$ non refundable. Price of meds goes up with dosage. Be aware.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, don't even visit the website. They force you to enter personal information about health issues, say that you qualify for medicaition, take you to a medication page and then tell you that your first month will only be $49.00. After submitting payment info, in fine print they tell you the $49.00 is for a Zealthy membership fee only. After that, the membership is around $125.00 per month - not including medication. I understand that prescription fees are necessary but this one is about twice as much as ligit on line sites, and they are completely dishonest about collecting the fee. I called the company to request a refund within one hour of unwittingly paying for this membership. They said they were unable to refund the $49.00 because I had already had a consultation. They said that by entering my data, I had submitted to a consultation! But you're not allowed to see the services provided until you complete the intake form. Such a joke!

Sorry you didn't feel like you received value out of the program. The membership covers medical care, ongoing support of your treatment and weight loss coaching. We also coordinate prior authorization from insurance which often results in patients paying $0 or a copay of $25 for their medication monthly. We offer medications out of pocket for 10-20% of other medications - which typically costs over $1,000/month. We state the costs of the full membership when you provide credit card information and also promote "$86 off your first month" in all of our communications.

The best advice I can give is buyer beware. They charged me for a service I NEVER received. There are too many programs out there for GLP-1 that you do not have to pay a fee to be part of - and most of them have a better price on the actual medication. This is a scam.

My prescription arrived within one day of being shipped. I received the prescription along with an instruction video to aid me in taking the medication. The medication arrived well packaged with no problems. I would highly recommend.
