How come I just can’t log into my account instead I have to go through the “assessment” every single time. It’s so annoying and I can’t see messages. I get texts with a link and it says I have no messages!!!

Service is gast and easy but the amount you get for the first three months is very small. .25 for 2 months then ..50.

I was were to do it all over again I would NOT JOIN Zealthy. So far, this is month 2 and I have called various times about different issues. They keep charging my account and I have gotten now where. It keeps saying update my profile and I try and even when I do, it still claims I need to update my profile. I think this is just a stalling tactic by them to get your money. They should not charge you if you get zero meds or can't even get past the profile completion. I am so pissed so I guess I will have to get on the phone, yet again and try to resolve the "update profile issue"

Quick to respond to my requests and easy to get medication. It comes in the mail directly to me. Terrific!!

I would give this a negative if I could. Horrible deceptive practices where they do not even give you pricing up front. They trick you into signing up to get the pricing, then charge you. Refuse to refund folks. I know people using the compound medication from them and feel like it's water because it's not doing anything at all. I've been trying to get somebody to get back to me for 2 weeks in regards to being charged when I shouldn't have, then they write me back and tell me that they don't refund people. I never use their services and never should have been charged. According to the person I last spoke with that canceled my account supposedly. Ridiculous and I do not recommend at all.

The site was very easy to navigate and doctors and coaches were very attentive and quick with getting medication prescribed and delivered. Very easy process.
