If I could give them no stars I would . Their ad is what got me. I was in sounded like a great option and convenient for me. I scheduled the appointment and no provider showed. I called thought it was odd. I rescheduled optimistic it was not going to happen again and it did. Don’t give these people your money if they can’t even take your valuable time seriously.

Easy process, helpful staff that answered any of my questions, and quick shipment of product.

The price point is unmatched and t I have had excellent customer service from the team. Shipping was a bit delayed due to the pharmacy but it got here and I have had personal calls to make sure I was updated on the delays and delivery. Took my first injection today and can’t wait to see the results. Thank you zealthy!!

2nd update: they finally sent it but my insurance actually didn't cover it. I had to do most work on my own to find out things. I decided to order the semaglutide...2 weeks and they haven't sent it out. They keep saying there is a backlog and when I ask about how I will be charged they said I will continue to be charged regardless of receiving medication or not. So say they take 2 months to ship, I will be charged those 2 months despite not receiving what I paid for. The good reviews for this company are fake. Online, reddit and everywhere they have bad reviews. Update: they just keep responding to say they are "working" on submitting it. As much as they charge a month they dont have any excuse as to why they are taking this long to send something as simple as a PA. 100% scam. I literally just got off the phone with my insurance company who stated they NEVER received prior authorization from anyone for me. When I call zealthy they swear up and down that they submitted it and when I ask them why my insurance hasn't gotten it then they say idk I will have to check on that. My suspicion is they aren't going to check. I decided to do my own little investigating because the little indicator on my zealthy homepage hasn't changed from processing the whole time. And it got me thinking since they are a business who sells their own compound...what if they said they were trying to get a PA but actually they aren't, because they just want u to pay out of pocket for theirs?Well today my suspicion was confirmed. This is saddening for me because I have fantastic insurance and I have so much history and medical records proving this is the right choice for my body so if they actually would have sent a PA in it probably would have been approved. After this review I'm cancelling with them and I'm just going to ask my in person provider to help me.
