The cost is ridiculous. I found a cheaper option with a local compound pharmacy that my doctor can send the prescription to without having to pay a membership.

I went online and submitted the information for the medication. Asked a question after a provider messaged and got no guidance. Then was asked to submit a photo with ID on the scale, however there is no place to upload a document. I sent a Google photos link to the photo of me on the scale with the ID because there was not a place to upload. Then I was told it's the same place where I submitted my ID initially, except, that part was gone and not accessible. Then they sent me a link for documents, which said the page doesn't exist. I reiterated this many times and screen recorded going through every section of the site which confirms there is not a place to upload this photo (they still have the Google link they can view, which they haven't). I asked for a refund because of this and it's a large amount of money. Suddenly, they've gone even more silent. Hoping the refund will be processed or I'm filing a credit card charge back and submitting all of the screenshots which show compliance from my side.

I been been using Zealthy since February for my weight loss journey. I been using the generic brand of Ozempic for 3 weeks and have lost 11 lbs. That's of course with me walking on the treadmill 30 minutes 3xday. Yes I felt some side effect but it they were miner for the first day for me, such as a headach. I'm very please that I took this journey. And the company and staff are wonderful at getting back at you with any issues.

I signed up and forgot to add my insurance information. I added it and advised the customer service rep that I spoke to that I wanted to use my insurance to see if medication is covered. They said no problem, they will send for a PA and we will hear back in 2-14 days. They never submitted a PA to my insurance and kept messaging me to request the compound medication if I did not wish to use my insurance. 3 more times I told them I wanted to use my insurance. Each time I received the same response. They didn't submit the PA request until I told them I would be giving a negative review on any and all social media platforms and notifying BBB with a negative review and notify them this is a scam company. They finally sent the PA request and I received 2 messages today that I need to prepay for 3 months of service before they will submit a prescription for the medication. I than got a message from one of their customer service reps immediately after receiving that message that the PA is not approved, only to receive another message stating PA approved and to prepay for 3 months of service so they can send the prescription to my pharmacy. I also scheduled an appointment to talk to a coach which was done via messages. It took up to 20 minutes to get any responses from her, which were all google cut and paste responses. Even the recipes they suggested was a link copied from google that I can look up myself. This company is a huge scam and would WARN anyone interested in working with this company to run the other way as fast as you can. Thankfully I only paid the initial $49 and called it quits.

Total scam. You are required to give your account info before you can see the total cost of services you are seeking. So when you decline or cancel as I did they keep your money for what? I didn’t receive a single thing g from them and they refuse to refund my 49.00. Excuses from them and very condescending. Terrible company!

This company ran a special, having new patients pay their membership dues and medications upfront (3 months) so the consumer can save 20%. Now they’re not sending the medication for the 3rd month after messaging almost daily for over a month now. I’ve been given at least 5 different reps and all have different answers but no one is making sure it’s sent to me. They have said everything from “it’s being processed and on the way” to “our pharmacy is backed up”. And to make matters worse, they charged my card for another membership fee when this ran into a 4th month because they didn’t respond for a month AND they tried to charge my card for the meds which I had already paid for. Weight loss has not been happening either. Do not use this company.
