Complete scam. Before I paid the discounted first month membership for $49, I read it was refundable but when I called to cancel and get refunded the next day I was told I could not. Then I get a message saying they received the preauth from my insurance for Wegovy and it was approved and all I had to pay was pay my copay but before they could release the prescription to my pharmacy I have to pay them for the next 3 months of membership, about $621 or so. I called my insurance to find out what my copay would be before I submitted any payment. No only did my insurance never approve any preauth for Wegovy but they never received anything from any provider. It would cost me over $1000 for Wegovy because my insurance doesn't cover. So Zealthy straight up lied!! Wow. I am so glad I did not submit that payment to them and I will dispute the $49 I paid. I do not understand why you keep saying the Wegovy has been approved by my insurance when it was not and the PA was never submitted. The pharmacy received the prescription for a 1 month supply and they said it is not covered by my insurance and it would cost me $1600, and that's just 1 month supply. How do you explain that?

This is a total switch & bait scam. In order to get all the information & decide wether or not to join they charged me.$49; which was supposedly refundable. The info gives you one price for the product & after paying the $49 & continuing to read the cost escalates. I did not join nor sign a contract. They did not refund my 49$ & have now started to charge me $135 a month for whatever. I have filed disputes thru my Apple-card. Today they told me the subscription can’t be cancelled. I refuse to pay this & will have my attorney go after them. I’m filing complaints of fraud with the BBB & The Federal Trade Commission. .

My experience has been convenient and efficient. I am pleased.

This company advertises weight loss injections at a very reduced cost. However, there order one, the price with membership is very high. But what’s even worse, it never arrived. Then when I email support, they just string you along to keep waiting. They don’t offer any refunds and now I’m out almost $800 with absolutely no help with my weight issue

My experience has been great so far, although communication could be a little faster.
