It has been great and simple

Ordered Feb 11. To date product never received

I would say my health coach Simone, as made my experience great. She is very supportive and keeps me on track. I haven't had a 1 on 1with a provider just yet. But the group of providers do get back to you fairly quickly when you leave a message on your message feed. I have to say my providers team worked really hard on getting my PA for my Zepbound. And my refilled filled. I would say I was kinda blindsided when it came to having to pay the first 2nd & 3rd mo of the membership fee in advance before getting your first prescription sent to your pharmacy. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. But I went ahead in paid 6mo in advance. Which I personally feel was a better choice. I did discover Zealthy has personal meal plans and workouts in my portal with video links attached on how to do the workouts properly. Soooo awesome!!! Also a weight log for me to log my weight!! This helps more than you can know. To visually see your progress is extremely motivating!! All in all. I am extremely happy that I choice Zealthy for my weight loss management. This is the best decision I could have ever had made, and I'm loving and looking forward to this new journey with Zealthy to a healthier better me. Thanks Zealthy 😊

I enjoy working with this network as it’s more convenient, quick response, action plan and follow up provided. I was currently on weight loss meds with my previous doctor and they were able to just pick up from there at a lower cost being I’m paying out of pocket. Overall great service and meds does definitely work!

Great support and communication!

I had my video appointment within 2 days. I received my prescription delivered to my door in 7 days. I have taken my first does. Hopefully I will start losing weight soon.
