Do not give them your information ! This company is fraudulent and their customer service for actual needs is terrible. I was charged multiple times and they continue to try and charge me with no services rendered but they say they are. All I was trying to do is get information . They lie and are a waste of time. Do not give them any cars information. I had to cancel my cards and contact the BBB .. and 2 weeks later still fighting for a refund of services I didn’t receive.

Be very careful when you use this they are scamming people and taking $400 out of your checking account without actually doing anything then they tell you that the medicine will cost either 799 or almost 3 grand for three months not receive medicine until you pay that You asked for a refund and they say they can’t do so until you cancel your account once so you cancel your account they say unfortunately they can’t refund that and you can’t talk to them anymore because block your account. I took screenshot and they are below.

After a 2 week delay in providing medication I asked them 4 times to not ship any medications to my home as I would be out of town. I kept getting BS replies from "Care Coordinators" who claimed they would not delay shipping of the medication. I won't accept delivery and have disputed my CC charge. Do not use this provider. Update they contacted me an said they would expedite a replacement shipment. I received confirmation of another 10-14 day delay. I called Zealthy to ask for the expedite and was told the pharmacy will not expedite any medication. Not one Car Coordinator knew what the other was saying and it was a new person each time. I have been refunded and am using a different provider who shipped immediately.
