We reviewed your account and see there is a pending charge for your Monthly Weight Loss Membership. We do see you have scheduled the account for cancelation so we have voided the fee. Hello Shannon, we completely understand your concerns with these charges and we are here to help. We have reviewed your account and see you signed up for a Zealthy Weight Loss membership. When you signed up for the first month ($49) we let you know that this is a monthly membership that will charge automatically monthly unless canceled. Since we see you are not using the service, we have canceled out the membership and refunded back the recent fees. We have emailed you the refund details. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reply to the email we have sent you. Thank you!

Hello Jennifer, we are sorry you are having trouble using our services. The pharmacy only puts in the order the exact amount of medication that is prescribed to you, to ensure you are not taking more than you are supposed to be. We do see that we have canceled out your order and refunded you in full as of today. Since you are not using the service this month we have refunded the monthly membership fee. We have emailed you the refund details. If there is anything further we can do to help please feel free to respond to the email we sent you.

The $135 does go towards you working 1x1 with your Providers, insurance (if we are running it), the pharmacy, and your Weight Loss Coach.
