We reviewed your account and do see the 1st $49 we charged did not go through and was voided out. There is currently only 1 $49 fee and a pending fee for medication. Hey! We are so sorry to hear there was confusion on how the Zealthy Weight Loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Hello Sorita, we are so sorry to read that you are being charged for a membership that you are no longer using. We see that you signed up fully for a membership with us on Feb 19, 2024. When signing up and uploading your insurance information we do let you know that you are signing up for a monthly membership that charges automatically unless canceled out. We see you disputed the charges. If the disputes are removed we can refund back the monthly fee as you did not use the service. We did see there was a pending charge for May and we have voided this fee.
