Hi Linda! We’re sorry to hear that you’re thinking about canceling your Weight Loss Subscription.  While we’re sad to see you go, your Weight Loss journey is yours to navigate and we’re here to support you no matter what. To cancel your membership, please log into your patient portal and find the manage membership tab in the personal information section.  Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period. You’ll still have access to any messages and progress tracking until the end of your subscription. However, you won’t be able to request any additional refills and current refills will be paused since your Zealthy provider won’t be able to monitor you for the duration of the refill. For the same reason, your Zealthy coordination team won’t be able to continue helping to get your insurance to cover your medication. Thank you so much for entrusting your care to us.

Hey there Danielle! The only time we require you to pay upfront for months is if you are buying a 3 months supply of medication or getting the medication directly from your pharmacy. When getting the medication from the pharmacy, as you would, the medication would be sent to the pharmacy by your Provider each month. We do require you to be under Provider support anytime you are on medication with us in case any side effects or hiccups come up along the way. The reason why your $49 is not refundable is because a Provider reviewed your account, a PA was done with your insurance, and approved. We do understand not wanting to pay upfront but if you found after the first month the medication was not for you, we would be able to refund you for the additional months of membership.
