I was super excited to start with Zealthy in May and in the beginning (my first month) it was great! I got answers and everything was smooth, until June.. it was time for me to do a check in to up my dosaging, I filled out the form they have you fill out to do a check in and I received a message from my provider that everything looked great and my 2nd shipment would be sent out the first week of June. I was extremely stoked to be starting that after my 4th week on the .25mg dose. I waited about a week before my 5th week dose was supposed to start and I reached out since I hadn’t gotten an email about my shipment going out. Lo and behold they said they had no information regarding my request and didn’t know what was going on. I’m here now with getting the same back and forth answers with no success of receiving my month 2 dose & I paid for 3 months worth of medicine.. like I said I was extremely excited to be starting with this company but my experience has been an absolute nightmare…

So far, my experience has been great! I have lost weight but have a ways to go. My coach has offered much insight and is there when I need more advice. i would recommend Zealthy to anybody that wants professional help.

One nice thing is the communication with the coach. They are always very pleasant and take action when needed. There seems to be very little communication between the weight loss coach and the PA prescribing. I was unaware initially I had chosen ‘no insurance’ and I messaged about prior auth. I was told they would be on it. 2 weeks later, no prior auth submitted because status was still ‘no insurance.’ Finally after paying for two months worth of coaching and no meds, I have a paid compound prescription pending, no tracking info for over a week. My 3rd month of fees will be 7/6th. I will be canceling for good if I don’t get my meds before this goes through.

Hey there Sara! We apologize for the inconvenience with your Zealthy experience. The Weight Loss Coach focuses on providing eating and exercise tips. Your healthcare provider can submit a PA (prior authorization) or one of our Zealthy Coordinators can contact your insurance to try and get your desired medication prescribed. We've contacted your healthcare provider to discuss medication options covered by your insurance. They will be in touch with you within the next 1-2 business days. This company is very misleading, they trick you into paying $50 stating it’s the cost of the medicine and then have you answer 30 more questions just to tell you that the medicine is $700 dollars and the $50 was actually for a monthly membership. Do not waste your time here.

Hello Danielle! We are so sorry there was confusion regarding how the Zealthy Weight Loss program works. Though some medication is included with the membership, the medication you requested is not and would be either charged monthly or on a 3-month prescription fee. Since you are not using the service going forward, we have made sure the membership is canceled and refunded the recent fee of $49. You are going to see the $49 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days at most. We have emailed you the refund details. Zealthy has deceptive billing and advertising practices that will surely result in lawsuits and close this company down fast. I would be concerned doing business with a company like this that may not last long.
