Hello Love! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing both good and bad. We do have the option for you to be able to pay monthly for 3 months with a discount. If after this order you find that a monthly plan would be better you can always let your Provider know this and they can prescribe a 1 month's supply. If you ever need to get a hold of us you can reach out in the Message Portal, call us at (877)870-0323 or email us directly from [email protected]. We have gone ahead and reached out directly to the pharmacy and your Provider ourselves so we can work 1x1 with them. We are going to reach out to you with an update. Hey Mukul! We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. Upon checking, your account with us is already canceled so there won't be any other future charges and we have refunded you for the recurring medication charge of $650. Hey there, Monroe! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking, you have been refunded $189 last July 11, 2024, for the duplicate charge of your medication. Hello Aaleeyah! To have direct access to a provider and a weight loss coach, a monthly membership fee is required. This fee supports our collaboration with the pharmacy and, if needed, your insurance. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we can provide non-GLP medication at no extra cost or GLP medication for an additional fee.
