It started out bad and just got worse
It started out bad and just got worse. First they “couldn’t” find my insurance info, second they kept telling me they submitted my PA and just waiting on a response then say they are still trying to submit the paperwork? Which one was it? Repeating lies that they sent in the paperwork. Never did. Would get emails my PA was approved then when I went to the pharmacy to pick up told they needed PA approval. Just lie after lie. $49 to start the “membership” which they don’t mention just to real you in. $135 a month just for membership, medication separate. 2 weeks what I was told would take to get approved. Well it was over a month going on 2 and nothing was ever sent. They wanted to take more money from me before I even got any medication at all. It is a total SCAM! I canceled the membership and god forbid they charge me for waiting like an idiot for nothing. Edit *they never spoke with my insurance as I called to verify. Notice Zealthy responded 2-14 days not weeks and it was nearing 2 months. No confusion on price, never stated so called promotion, they’re lying rat scammers. Beware!

Hey Elisa! I am so sorry to hear that you had such trouble working with our team. I do see that back in June our team was working with your insurance and that there was an issue with a fax form that was not being received by Zealthy. Our team was waiting on a response from your insurance when your account was canceled, causing the Prior Authorization process to be canceled, as we do need you to have an active account to work 1x1 with your insurance. We also do let you know when pay for the $49 on the same checkout page that this is a one-time $86 off promotion and future months are $135. I apologize if you did not see this on the checkout page.
