Once I was able to get my prescription started, things have gone pretty smoothly. The care team is pretty quick to get back to you, and its been a fairly easy experience. I would recommend to others. And I have been using Zepbound and lost 35 lbs in 3.5 months so I would say it definitely works.

Charge you amounts that were not approved and product is b12 false advertising. Bait and switch and unauthorized billing.
Response from ZealthyJul 23, 2024
Hello Sandra! We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience using our services. To provide more clarity we work with our partner pharmacies that use FDA-registered suppliers to ensure your prescription is properly developed, processed, shipped, and delivered. Your prescription is compounded with Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B). We are so sorry you were charged more for your order than you were expecting. We do see you have canceled the service so there will be no additional charges for membership or prescription orders. If there is anything else we can do to help please email [email protected] with the Subject Line "Trustpilot" and we can help you further.

Love the coach. I love that everything is catered to my needs. I love that each time a refill is needed it asks about symptoms and other things like to share.
