Their website is extremely misleading. They start off by saying it’s $86 off but doesn’t explain what the discount is actually for. I ended up paying $49 (due to the discount) for them to ask me a couple of questions, upload my insurance card, and give my pharmacy details. THEN, the site tells me that due to my health questionnaire answers I qualify for semaglutide. It says consultant will review my information and they will also look to see if my insurance covers it and they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Not even 1 min later $189 comes out of my account on TOP of the $49 from earlier. I am beyond livid. Now I am receiving texts from a bot consultant. I will come back and update about the refund I am requesting as soon as their office opens. Hopefully it is a 5 start review! Update: I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review. Based on these reviews I thought I was going to have a hard time getting a refund. I do have to wait 5-7 business days but it’s better than being denied the refund altogether.

I cancelled my membership and they tried to charge me anyhow. I emailed them and they said it was active. I told them not to charge my card again and tried to cancel AGAIN. All I got were app errors. Then I tried to delete my account. Once again errors. So I emailed again telling them they do not have my permission to charge my card. Maybe it’s time for a class action.

There will not be any future charges. The charge on 07/17/2024 for the $135 has been voided, to ensure the charge does not go through. Zealthy is a SCAM. Please don't lose your money to them as they ignore all requests for refunds and lie about contacting your health insurance. I have proof from my health insurance that they never contacted them for approval of weight loss drugs but zealthy "doctors" continue to say they are in contact. The attorney general has an open lawsuit against them with tons of evidence proving the entire company is a SCAM.

We have double-checked and do see that we have reached out to your insurance multiple times but sadly all your Prior Authorizations were denied. We completely understand how disappointing this must be! The $49 is for the First Month Weight Loss Membership that goes towards you being assigned a Provider and Weight Loss Coach. It also goes towards us working 1x1 with the pharmacy and your insurance, if requested. Because your Provider worked on your account and the Prior Authorization team worked on your PA, the $49 is not refundable. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
