Do not order from this website,it's a scam, they lead me to believe that I was only paying 50.00 for my first treatment but then they changed me 50.00 plus over 600.00 dollars, Good thing there was not enough on my card to cover it and when I contacted them they just said they would cancel it,but still continue to try to charge my card until this day and it’s been over a month ago!getzealthy.com is a scam

Fraudulent charges on my account, undisclosed charges. Just read that there are multiple lawsuits against zealthy regarding "burdensome and convoluted cancellation practices" additionally "Zealthy and its affiliated medical corporation, Bruno Health, Robertson and Echeverry violated ROSCA by failing to clearly disclose material terms of online subscriptions before obtaining consumers’ billing information, by failing to obtain consumers’ express informed consent to those terms before charging their credit cards and by failing to provide consumers with a simple cancellation process to stop recurring charges." They are also being sued for having their employees post FAKE & FALSE REVIEWS online.. I thought my cost was going to be $453, 2 days AFTER my order I get a receipt for $670 & when I tried to cancel they kept saying everything had been processed. They PURPOSEFULLY wait a few days to send an invoice then say. Oopsy. To late to cancel. I filed a complaint w FTC & lordy, there's a TON of complaints on there about their unfair business practices FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PS. You can file a complaint w the FTC regarding their misleading & unethical practices as well as dispute w your credit card company or bank. They will TRY & say they can't do any refunds if they've contacted the pharmacy, etc. THIS IS A LIE. If they over charge and/or have hidden fees, you can dispute those charges and get em back. They respond by saying sorry about that, but you've cancelled, so no more fees, but you CAN get reimbursed for their stealing your money. And No, I will not "contact you". I have dozens of messages & emails where you REFUSE TO REFUND, so I disputed w my cc company & had you blocked on my cc from further charges. Your company is a scam.

They are effective mailing process is great. I highly recommend Zealthy!

They are continuing to charge my credit card with no response to my requests to stop and deliver a refund. I’m just asking for a refund for charges after I cancelled my subscription.

Customer Be Warned it’s all about the money with this company .The WORST they charged me 4 times 49.00 then 189.00 130.00 then 49.00 again.That’s in the first month.Two months in no weight loss.Never buy from them.

I set up my account and I then received an email needing me to do an id verification. The system said I had already completed. I sent several messages with no response. Called and got it fixed. Then I was approved for Weagovy. I paid my 2 months 2 weeks ago but my prescription has not been called in. I sent a message after the first week and was told they would pass it along to my pa but now still nothing and I am getting the I’d verification message agai.

They were all professional and kind. I haven't started meds yet but know I have there support.
