I got my Rx and when I signed up I was told my dose would be .25 for 4 weeks, .50 for 4 weeks and then 1.0 for 4 weeks. The provider will not give me the 1.0 like I was told. I am very unsatisfied.

Terrible experience with Zealthy. I would not recommend anyone to engage with Zealthy for several reasons. 1) For me, the product just didn't work well. I only lost 7 lbs. in 1.5 months...way less than expected results...that cost over $100 per pound. 2) After my first shipment, they were on backlog and my 2nd shipment was delayed by 1.5 weeks. Plus, all of the vials contained slightly less medicine than what I was supposed to be getting. 3) Their health support/membership is a joke. When I tried to get assistance to help with appetite control during this time, they were only able to give me suggestions for things I was already doing. Then, they finally suggested that I should just be hungry. If I could do that, why would I need to spend $265/month on meds, for Pete's sake. 4) What finally put me over the top, was when I renewed my RX for ONE MONTH ($265) and they billed me for $1036 (3 MONTH RX). I contacted them within 2 hours and, but it took them a day and half to correct the problem. Terrible company!

This company is HORRIBLE! Don't do business with them. Walk away and go check out a company called Fifty410. This competitor has been very good communicating and their pricing is far better as well. GetZealthy continues attempting to steal over $700 from my bank account after I told them via text and via email that I was not going to refill my prescription. Thank God my bank auto rejected their charge attempt on my card as fraud. This was not a miscommunication in any way. GetZealthy had it in writing to NOT refill my prescription two weeks prior to their attempted theft of money from my account. They didn't send me a refill and then out of nowhere and without warning they ran my card attempting to pull over $700. What's worse is they continue to try to run my card every two days and refuse to admit their error.

Absolute trash. They will do anything to take your money including sending you defective medicine that is overheated and not safe to use. When you ask for help or a replacement they will not give you are refund or send a replacement. This is a SCAM be careful. So after the reply from zealthy I emailed them and guess what?? They did nothing but refuse to give me back my money for the medication. They could refund the membership but not the garbage they sent. I got that insult of an offer today, 7/28/24 which is still being out of almost a grand. They keep blaming the pharmacy they partnered with but refuse to give me their information. Also no one will tell you their position. It’s the most shady company. I am also looking into what pharmacy they use so that I can report them too. Let me know if you know anything about who they are using. I'm considering news outlets also until I get my refund. I have reported them to the better business bureau, I encourage you all to do the same.
