This is a scam Their login page is so hard to log in. They charge you 135 monthly with no help and that's just membership fee. Then make it impossible to deactivate even tho they say we can quit anytime. I'm still paying this fee even 3months of me calling emailing. My bank is finally blocking them

Unclear pricing, poor customer service, wholly negative experience, terrible lack of communication. Plus, they did not cancel my account and charged me two months after my complaints. Unacceptable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Before I ever even finished my intake or talked with a doctor they already withdrew money from my account. While this was taking place I messaged a few people about a refund because I was not wanting to take part in any kind of membership, especially one I needed to pay for to be in. I let them know I didn't even finish the initial process and would like my money back since clearly it was going to be a lot more expensive then they advertised for to begin with. In the mean time not only did they not give me my intial money back they decided to go ahead and charge my account two and a half times MORE! Mind you I still have not spoke to any doctors, or coaches, or anyone else now from this place! NOT TO MENTION I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MEDICATION BECAUSE I NEVER EVEN GOT THAT FAR IN THE PROCESS!! But, now they have made 2 unauthorized debits out of my account for a pretty substantial amount & I still can't even get ahold of anyone to try & make this right! So, my next step will be THE BBB! So, do yourself a favor & save your money! Or at least go to a company that isn't so far up their own butt they don't care about customer service or even if a "potential client" was done with intake or got approved before they just go and take their money! When someone's advertising looks too good to be true. It usually is!!

expensive and their website is a little difficult to navigate. Got my meds but one bottle came broken. I will update review if they replace meds that were broken .
