I have been going in circles with support for the second time around. The first time I signed up for the 49$ for first month then tried to order the deal for 3 months of med and was charged 600$ for membership only which I had Already purchased a 1 month. I asked for refund and got no response so I just said f it and went ahead and kept the 6 month membership. Then ordered 1 month of med now it’s time for a refill and again tried purchasing 3 month deal at 108 a month and the tried charging 750$ adding on a membership again which I already have. Getting nowhere with support at all getting frustrated

The 1st order was fine. A very low dosage compared to the other company. The next order they took the money and never shipped the meds. It’s been over 22 days and they keep giving me the run around. Not happy.. You took my money and didn’t supply me with the meds.

Contacted the company on 12/20 to cancel and insure that they would not continue shipping the medication and they assured me they would not auto refill and ship. On 12/23 I received an email that my order had been processed and shipped. Today 12/24 they billed my checking account twice. After 5 emails they still will not acknowledge the cancellation and agree to refund my money.
