Stay away from this company. I paid for a 2-month subscription and was charged more than was agreed upon (over $600), received one month of medication, and was then told my intake form was incomplete and needed to be completed. There's no intake form on the portal, so I can't do so. The medication I did receive didn't seem to do anything, no side effects, no weight loss nothing. I've been trying to get a refund and cancel my subscription but have heard nothing from them. They reply to most messages with generic AI-generated responses but those have now stopped as I want my money back. This company seems to be a scam that steals your money. If you are thinking of using Zealthy, don't find another company.

Good customer service for the most part. very difficult to get meds ordered and information about prescriptions. After cancellation multiple charges, refunds and charges that were not refunded. I ended up cancelling my card after multiple disputes. I have to think that there are better companies out there offering this service

On 12/2/24 I bought their special for 4 weeks at $199 plus $49 for doctor. Thereafter the options are for 2,3,6 or 12 months. I didn’t continue it due to side effects. I didn’t request a refill. Called to confirm I would not be charged again unless I requested a refill. Today they charged my credit card $135 for absolutely NOTHING. I wish I had read these reviews first.

I’d give 5 stars if the emails weren’t so confusing. Some emails are as if you are starting new and others are as if you are behind in the program. Also, very expensive.

They are a SCAM!! I paid over $900 and they won't answer my messages and the dosing is not correct. Do not trust them!! They take your money fast, but service is slow.
