The med didn’t work
The med didn’t work . When I reached out and told company , I wax told that someone would get back to me. That never happened . So I’m stuck something I paid 65$ that is useless.

I absolutely love Zealthy
It was so easy to talk and interact with the Zealthy team. Actually it’s easier and they respond faster than my family doctors office. I love Zealthy!

Frustration
You never speak to the same person when messaging. Everyone repeats what the person before says and they do not increase your dosage when after being on for 3 months … this is a broken system

The biggest scam EVER. Still truing to charge me of something I didn’t sign up for. Be careful my friends. They are money hungry people.

The meds work for sure!
The meds work for sure! Customer service is good! But not happy about the initial wait for my meds, which didn't receive till two months later! But still being charged! After paying for a three month supply!

No refunds even though policy says different
A special was running for $39 for 1st month membership. Zealthy tried to hit my card for $866. I called to calncel. They told me no problem. They continued to try and hit my card, I also told them i wanted a refund for my membership as it had only been a couple of days. The cx rep conti ue to say I wouldn't be refunded bc the script was written and there was no prescription. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was not one. I asked to be escalated she claimed it was already put in for escalation. She said even the supervisor will not refund me. She con'd to read me a script. Rhe company is onky in business to scam people. They make money by knowing ppl will cancel after hearing of the $866 for 3 month supply. They say they will cancel but keep charging and not refunding. Easy money cancellations, no products, and no refunds. Do not buy your better off asking your doctor.

Scam Company
I have not been able to to get oral Semaglutide renewed. Have been trying to get last of 3 month subscription. After 6 weeks of run around they tell me that they are having problems getting it. And then they charged me for the membership again at $249. This company is a scam. DO Not do business with them. You might as well just set fire to your money because it is the same result. Edit to say that Zealthy has refunded my money for the refill that I wasn't able to get and for the $249 membership fee that was charged AFTER not being able to get the refill.
