Misleading scam

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. The website is set up so that you enter payment information before you even get to the products. What isn't clearly stated is they will charge you $49 without ever making it clear up front, and continue to charge $135 a month without providing anything. Unfortunately we didn't realize until after they had charged us for several months, despite the site having only ever sent emails asking us to verify ID and to finish the medical screening, to which we never did as we had decided not to pursue after seeing medication prices (there are much better alternatives price wise that do not try to entrap people into bogus contracts). Our next step is submit information to the better business bureau and the crime complaint center for online scams. If nothing else, I hope someone reads these reviews, as there are plenty of bad ones, prior to even entertaining the thought of visiting their website.

Hey Lee! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. We do let you know when you pay the initial $49 that you are signing up for a monthly membership that auto-renews at $135 unless canceled by yourself or the customer service team. My experience so far has been great
My experience so far has been great! All my questions are usually answered in a day or less. And there are so many people on the site willing to help with anything you may need. My only concern was that my medication came in a different preparation than I was initially told. But it was still simple and easy to take care of.

No communication. Possible data breach.
I'm about to try their products but be prepared to try to communicate with them and get no response and they have a broken app. I kept getting wrong messages as well as emails for other people so is this probably a data breach now.

Only one flaw...
The staff is really great. They're fast, too. The responses to my emails are so quick and they are efficient. The only problem I have is the app itself. For some reasons, I was having difficulty reading their emails. I even went to my provider for help, thinking it was my phone. The font that was used on the app for emails is the same color as the background.

I was charged 4 times
I was charged 2 times for the medication which I did not authorize. I thought I was just paying 39 dollars. The first being 866. the next being 650. I called the next day to immediately cancel the service. They advised me they would refund me. They ended up charging me again 866 and 650. They called me to advise me they would issue a refund. I do not trust them at this point to do the correct thing. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Updated: I actually got money back and was very happy with the assistance . They have been charging me $135 a month and never once did i recieve any products! Now i asked for a refund and they said that its not feasible because their coordinator already filled a prescription. WHAT PRESCRIPTION?!!!!

Will not refund
Will not refund. I signed up for the membership not realizing that it was a membership and the medication was additional to the membership. I immediately asked to be refunded and they refuse to refund me. I also keep getting emails to verify my identity (5 a day). Very annoying and disappointed. They should have at least refunded me my $39.00.
