Biggest scam ever
Biggest scam ever. This company took my information and charged my card and sent me the medication without me never knowing that’s what would happen. I was totally allowed to believe that I would be able to find out information first and understand how much it may cost of if insurance would cover it with their help Total scam

Overcharged 3 times for medication I…
Overcharged 3 times for medication I didn’t order nor receive. They will not answer the phone, won’t reply to messages in their app, and will not email me back. This is getting ridiculous. I authorized a $999 charge for medication for 3 months, but they charged me the $999 and then $1755 and another $135.

This is a scam I have been charged…
This is a scam I have been charged 135$and cannot cancel it because no one answers the phone and I do not have an account with them. I have been trying to fix this since November…😭

Not reliable
At first they were very helpful. Support service was great and answered all the questions in 1-2 days .Fist off they charged me 3 time for meds and membership. Once the medication came, support service was 3-4 day if then . Once I asked for a refill as requested in information, that’s where the trouble started . Almost 2 weeks before anyone would answer and then the answers were vague and always said I’ll get someone else back to you . This went on for weeks. No one would give an answer to questions about changing medications. Going on the 3 rd week and now out of my medication then all of a sudden I wasn’t qualified to receive medication. This was after I had already been prescribed meds from their provider in January. This went back and forth for days/week not understanding what was going on , I asked for a refund for membership because for 4 weeks they did absolutely nothing for me . Didn’t refill or change my meds or provide any meaningful reason. Their communication was horrible while no one knew any answers . Don’t trust them and would not refund money . Finally they refunded over charged amounts . This company does not have program together and not reliable . Stay away from them .
