From the beginning of signing up, the process has been ridiculously maddening. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing - from sending duplicate messages in the portal, to saying your prescription is delayed to receiving a tracking number the same day. Then received med and it was the wrong dosage - different than what the provider said was coming in my package. I have messaged and/or called every day for updates with the same response - your message has been sent to your provider for review. Then the pharmacy escalation team. Over two weeks and still not resolved. There are better companies who provide a better service and customer care. I would rate them a ZERO if I could. Do NOT use Zealthy.

***SCAM ALERT*** I started the process of signing up and had even entered my credit card info, but never finished the process since I found a much better option somewhere else. Zealthy has tried to charge my card 37 times and for different amounts. I’ve been emailing back and forth and they tell me that I have to go into my account, but I don’t have an account set up. They’ve asked me for my email and credit card. I’ve shared my email and the last 4 of my credit card. I’ve already had to cancel my card, but they set this up on a recurring payment which the bank rolls over to the new card. Now I am scared to activate my new card lest their charges go through. My bank marked even the original Zealthy charge as “fraud”. I’m now reporting them to the FBI’s internet fraud and the OIC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was going to get the glp shot at the price but then they wanted to charge me $670.00 so I canceled and then I had to keep messaging them to cancel it then it was supposed to be canceled on the 28th of this month of March. Then they try to get money out of $670 out of my account again today when it was supposed to be canceled yesterday so I talked to a lady on the phone and then she wants to proceed to tell me that I won’t be getting my money back that I paid to start the program and then she tells me well. We put in a paper to avoid the $670 and then I was like well you’re not getting a good review for me and then she hung up on me.
