They took money out of my daughter’s account after we told them last month that I wanted to quit that’s not fair to her. It took it out of her bank account and now she’s overdrafted that’s not fair. I do not want to be with a company like this and I will be giving this review to Google and the Better Business Bureau. They took away money out of my daughter’s account enough enough. We asked them to please stop and they told us they would after the free month took money please take them and get them to get that back for my daughter. 0 stars I paid for my subscription and meds a week ago I not only don’t have the medication but they still haven’t sent me a tracking number. I called I was told someone would call me back and still nothing. I believe this is a scam

Zealthys been great since Jan 14 I’ve lost 17lbs my eating is better along with my water intake the team and coaches respond in a timely manner with any questions I may have.

I have had only positive experiences with Zealthy, my coach and the medical professionals that review my status and requests.

Honest NPs they will answer all of your questions and they do not rush you.

I paid 39 dollar as was advertise. Went through my insurance and did not get approved i cancled my membership ship and they still charged me $135 for membership, i called customer service for almost 2 weeks no refund no nothing happened they keep saying oh we will take care of it and you get the refund via text or email , i worked in customer service services and i know how hard to deal with but have the empathy and sympathy to help and care . Never go with this company again

If i could I would give them a 0 star. These people have gone into my bank account twice and takin 135.00 on March 2nd 2025 and 135.00 on March 12th 2025 When I call I'm told I don't have an account with them thay can't fine or my account was closed last year in 2024. These people will not refund my money or even able to tell me why they took it from my account. When I call either they transfer me or hang up on me. Please don't trust them into your bank account and or if anything is even legit.
