This company stalks you to get you to purchase a membership and their medication. Once that's done, everything falls apart. It has been 4 weeks since I started inquiring, and have still not received my medication. I was told 13 days ago that my order would ship within 7 days. I have yet to receive a tracking number. They expect me to contact them in 3 to 4 weeks when I run out of medication to request a refill? At this point I need to request it now. Assuming I will even receive my first order. Ridiculous. Edit to add .. I've already contacted customer service, who replied with a standard answer that their "escalation team" is monitoring my order. They've been telling me the same for over a week. No one is monitoring anything. Reduced to one star. This company has held almost $1,000 of my money and refuses to act on anything after 4 weeks of waiting for my order and multiple cancellation requests. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank and am reporting them to the BBB and the attorneys general in their state and mine. I also see that they have many lawsuits via an internet search. They are a scam.

A horrible nonresponsive company that is here to take your $ and do nothing else. I haven't t dealt with a worse group in some time. Asked about insurance - no answer Loaded credit card - didn't t register Called - nothing. Ask for Mujaro- didn't t get it. Asked for pens with dose- got a bottle and syringes where it is impossible to know if you have the right 2.5 dose. It is an unmitigated disaster- would not recommend you r group to any one ever

Zealthy double billed my credit card for$446 for my medication. After contacting them they acknowledged there error and promised to get back with me. Every time l contact them they are still looking into it. Makes no sense especially since you see one your records you billed me twice. I will not be doing business with them again. Please refund my credit card the $446 you stole from me.
