I would give them zero stars if I could! There are so many options for telehealth and e-prescribed weigh loss programs and I choose Zealthy because they offered new member discounts. Unfortunately, I chose wrong. They are quick to enroll you and take your money but fail to address issues like missed and delayed delivery of medicine. I only received one month supply of tirzepitide but was charged for two months of medication plus membership for a whopping $832. When I informed them that my refill was never shipped or processed, they informed me that they would refund me and work with the pharmacy (Boothwyn Pharmcy) to cancel my order. I was already 2 weeks behind in my dose and had only been on the medication for one month. Not only did they not refund me, but three weeks after my complaint, they shipped more medication to me after I had informed them I had gone to another provider to get my medication. They stopped answering my inquiries and never refunded me. Beware! I will also be filing a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy.

Terrible service. Trouble using the app. I am no longer able to request a face to face meeting with a care provider. The medication vial I purchased from them for $866 is not even full! Now I can’t reach anyone at Zealthy to help me get a refund or a new, proper vial. ***Update (04/17/2025): The reply from Zealthy stating that they wanted to help rectify my problem was bogus because I e-mailed them using the address they gave me in the reply and I never heard from them. They never replied to my complaint in the new e-mail.

Zealthy is a fantastic group who is focused on helping others with weight loss. Each member of the team is responsive and engaging. I am so glad I found Zealthy and have recommended to friends and family.

Very upset at this so called company! They take advantage of people who are trying to get healthy and lose weight. I saw an ad stating get started on your weight loss journey for only $39! Of course I signed up. It specifically states that there will be no refunds after a prescription has been made. I didn’t even finish signing up, when I got the notification that money had already been taken out of my account. I immediately backed out and tried to cancel. I received texts, phone calls and emails regarding my account to finish my intake. I attempted to cancel through those avenues, and was told point blank no refunds. My response was I understood it and it reads specifically after a prescription and still nothing.

It’s ok don’t know how to feel about it yet
