Getting my prescription was effortless. Zealthy has kept in touch with me and responds to messages quickly. Just getting started and anxious to see results.

They are truly horrible. They keep sending me messages that don't make sense, and I still don't have a prescription for any weight loss medication. I paid for a month, but when I needed to get the prescription, they said I had to pay for 3 momths! So I did, but still no prescription.

Zealthy's generic viagra was absolutely ineffective. Quarterly subscription is outrageously priced. Zealthy charged me the first $299, but didn't send anything for over a month. Yesterday, they charged me $319.20, with no email or text notification, and no notice on their website. After going over their labyrinthine website for a clarification of services, I called their customer service number. The first Filipino customer service rep was on a spotty line with lots of static. She hung up as soon as I informed her that I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund of the most recent charge, for which I have received nothing so far. I called back, and the next person pushed back on my cancellation request, telling me I could not cancel it. Then he assisted me in walking through cancellation on the website. When I repeated my request about a refund, he stated that he would have to forward my request to the pharmacy escalation team, and I would eventually receive a response....at some unspecified date and time. He also insisted that there was no way for me to contact the escalation team, and refused to let me speak with his supervisor.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU! I’m trying to get the word out. I didn’t agree to subscription, but had put in a payment method and prior to signing up for anything they charged me! And now refuse to give me my money back. So sad 😞 they blow you off when you try to communicate too
