Product has been worth the price. Ive lost 20 lbs without feeling hungry or depriving myself of favorite foods. Overall interactions have been very positive. Not sure how the refill system works as I'm still waiting to hear back from someone.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. What a scam. Advertised first month for $39..leading you to think that included med cost as a promotion. So I pay the $39... and then am told medication is separate and the cost is ridiculously high. Reached out to them and they refuse to issue a refund.

Hey Ashley! I am truly sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested,d your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I absolutely understand wanting a refund since you are not moving forward, and I am happy to help! I told them I had mistakenly given myself way too much medicine the first time, and that the hospital said this happens often. I got no response it was as if I hadn't said this.
