They charge you $139 for “aka” coaching assistant and yet they never respond to the messages and then they didn’t even ask me if I had insurance they just tried to charge me 3 days after I signed up for $199 and I told them I have insurance and to see if it would be covered or be cheaper but they never did and then when you call customer service they take like 30 minutes to 1 hour to answer only to get no where they are the worst company ever!!!! Don’t use them!!!!! I cancelled the service and they are still trying to charge me the $199 ever couple of days it’s ridiculous my insurance card was uploaded on April 1st 2025 so don’t be lying to make you guys look good check the records again!!! I have the screen to prove it was uploaded on April 1st

Horrible. Signed up for 3 months paid $866. Only got one vial 2.5mg. Missing 5mg n 7.5mg they said it should’ve came all together which it didn’t. Here I am dealing with them for a month to fix the issue. Do NOT go with them find someone else.

Tried to check in after my 3rd dose and they want to upsell you rather than actually see how you are doing. The plan that I selected was 3 months with the dose going up each month so when I selected to increase my dose they want more money after I have already prepaid.

If you are increasing the dosage to more than the original 3-month prepaid order was for, you will see a price increase. You would have to stay with the same order and would receive what was already paid for, or pay the extra for the higher order being sent out.
