This place is the worst… wasted 40$ to…

This place is the worst… wasted 40$ to get a cheaper option since I had already knew my insurance would not cover. Had my primary dr write a prescription for me and all I wanted to do was buy. They used the 40$ to have their dr who doesn’t know my full medical history. This was supposed to be easy and have been trying to get response back from messages and have not been able to get responded too for many days. I called and the guy aknowledged all the message with no response. This was beyond frustrating. Then to top it off, the guy told me that they have a huge back log of medication being shipped to California which would cause it to take a month and a half or so to start. There is no way the would refund me my money and don’t do anything but frustrate me when I already had a prescription… they offered to send it to my pharmacy, but it was too expensive which is why I went to them like wtf… stay away try another company this is very misleading…. Read every bit of the terms and conditions…. Oh and you can’t use their dr prescription for other similar companies so you locked in…. Last time I take a risk like this , I’d rather pay full price from a reputable pharmacy

Very fast and easy
Very fast and easy. Convenient. I am very happy with the program and with my weight loss so far. I am less hungry with minimal side effects, allowing me more control of my food choices and eating.

I let them know that I wasn't going to…
I let them know that I wasn't going to be using them for my meds after 2 days and having done nothing but the initial online inquiry form. I asked for my 49.99 back someone said that they would start the process. It has been 3 weeks now and no refund and just today they said nope no refund. So with their crazy expensive monthly fee and inflated prices for the meds itself I would advise against this company. Keep looking online for cheaper places they are out there

If I could rate a 0 I would! Worst experience ever. Never received any response to my inquiries. The only time anyone replied was when I asked for a refund and to cancel after having no response after I signed up. They argued that their fee was nonrefundable as my requests for prescription were "reviewed" which was NOT true. I had not even had a request since their site was not working properly. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT use this company. Services are awful! And they charged me TWICE! I will be ensuring I get ever penny back. Again, don't use.

If i could give negative stars i would ! Paid membership and Medition 4/21, over $300, i have yet to see anything and no one will help me. I’ve called, messaged, emailed DAILY and no one will help! Go to IVÍM they actually care !
