False advertising. It’s not $39 for the first month. It’s over $200 and when I tried to cancel they charged another $39 to my card. Forget trying to get a hold of the billing department. They just put you on hold and leave you there. I even tried emailing them without response.

Hey Cheryl! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our Weight Loss Program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I had to press 1 star so I could input my review. DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!! After chatting with someone on the app nothing happend it’s the same answer all the time. The only time I got an answer it was to update my bank card which they had already took $600 after I cancelled with them and continued to take $139. I went to try and delete my bank information it didn’t let me it just gave me the option to update so I put a card that has no money and I never use that debit card so they can stop taking my money. As soon as I did that I kept getting emails to update my bank information so they can ship my product. What a joke this company!! I’m still fighting to get my refund.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I FINALLY got them to refund my prescription that I never received and 2 months of membership I wouldn’t use after disputing the charge with my credit card. They reassured me that was the end of it. THEY HAVE TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD $135 FOUR TIMES in the 4 days since then!!! Luckily my credit card company has declined it every time (so far). I have left message after message begging them to remove my credit card information from their system. They won’t. It won’t allow me to change my password to do it myself. They won’t help me change my password. How about a response to this update, Lydia?!! EDITED TO ADD: Don’t bother emailing the person in the auto response to these reviews. They don’t answer that either. RUN. I really hoped this wasn’t a scam, but it is looking more and more like it. They were very responsive at first and then as soon as my prescription was approved, communication fell off -My prescription was approved on 4/21 and I still have not received. -Very little response to any of my questions in the chat, and when they do respond, it is the same blanket statement that is unhelpful and doesn’t answer my question. I have been told twice that it was sent to the pharmacy. What does that mean? It has now been three weeks. I need more of an explanation. I have called with no call back and emailed with no response. -They have also changed my prescription date to 4/28 in the system, so it looks like it hasn’t been as long since I ordered. -It was also duplicated at one point. -I keep getting messages that my payment info needs to be updated when that was also supposedly to be remedied. -I have a feeling I’m never going to see my medication, my over $600, and that they will continue to try and charge me as everyone is saying here. I have been patient and given them many chances to rectify the situation to no avail, so now I feel like I have to warn other consumers.
