Hey Stephanie! Thank you for reaching out. I am truly sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. It does look like you did pay to sign up and pay for the service same day. Because you are not moving forward, I have canceled your membership for you and emailed you the cancellation details. I am, however, unable to refund the fee due to the dispute. If the dispute was removed, we could refund you in full. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to my email.
