This medication is amazing. I lost 20 pounds without trying very hard. I always worked out, but the nutrition (the food noise!) was my downfull. I had a few GI issues the first few days, and I had to fight through some fatigue at first during my workouts. I pushed through and I could not be happier.

When I signed up, I tried to understand the billing. It seemed responsive at first. Then, as I chatted with the "agent," it became clear I was talking to an AI agent who was making things up. It did not understand the Zealthy pricing I was trying to verify. That was my first red flag. After I successfully completed the signup, I received messages from a "nutritionist," a "coach," and a "counselor." I wrote a paragraph explaining my goals and routine, specifying what I wanted to do, and asking for help. The message I got back was patently... "tell us how we can help you and what your goals are". This is my second red flag that no actual humans work at Zealthy. After that, it goes downhill. For the past two weeks, after signing up, I have received automated phone calls and SMS messages daily, saying my credit card was declined and I need to go update my billing information in the Zealthy app. I checked my credit card... ALL the charges from Zealthy went through. So clearly there's no real humans checking billing at Zealthy. During that two weeks I sent multiple emails to their support@ email address, each with various bogus responses. The most ludicrous response I got back from their AI Agent was "please tell us your email address so we can find your account"?!?! (I wrote the email from the address I used to sign up). I tried calling Zealthy's support line. After 30 minutes of waiting on hold, it just tells you they're too busy to take your call. You never actually can reach a real human. And if you still do not believe me... read the reviews here on Trustpilot. The one star reviews all have an AI Agent response on them asking to send a message to "Trustpilot-Lydia" to help straighten out the issue. At this point, I'm done. I consider the money I paid lost. I expect to see nothing from Zealthy. I am removing my credit card info and canceling (though I see from the Trustpilot reviews that also may not work). Zealthy is a scam. There are no humans that work there. You're better off going to Remedy Meds for your prescriptions. Someone needs to go after these folks with a class action suit.

Hello James! First, I want to assure you that Zealthy does not use AI to work with our customers. Every interaction is done with a live person. I myself am a real human being who responds to ALL reviews, both good and bad, from our patients. I apologize that your Coach did not respond correctly to your message. If the thread was new, they may not have received your first message, and you may need to resend it. If you are unsatisfied with your assigned Coach, I can also assign you a new one. I have made sure that there are no pending charges on your account to ensure you do not receive any emails regarding updating the payment. Reviewing your account, I am not seeing an email thread under the email address that is on your account. I have emailed you directly from the email address on your account so I can help you further.
