I do see you have an active weight loss membership with us, which is what the recent $135 charge is for. I have made sure this membership is canceled and refunded the recent fee. Hello Teresa! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
