I received horrible customer service. Charged over $800 for prescriptions never received and no one would provide answers or help. I was told my concerns were turned over to the “ pharmacy escalation team” which means absolutely nothing apparently. I started fighting my refund in March after I was over charged the first time and now it’s end of June and I have been charged 2 more times and still no prescription or refunds. It’s a scam. A total scam. I filed a complaint with the FTC. I will continue to file a complaint every week until I am made whole by this scam of a company.

The experience is a scam! You never actually speak with a provider during the initial consultation. Every message is an automated reply. When you try to cancel it, it clinches. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes to speak to an agent about a $454 transaction that I did not authorize. The amount is being submitted every day and sometimes hourly. Do not use this company!!
