It is a scam
It is a scam. They took money and I have not received medication or an explanation after a full month. It is impossible to get any information or speak to anyone. I will be happy to share my interactions over “messages” for anyone that is considering Zealthy as it is clear what they are doing and no reputable company would allow this to happen.

So far the team has been amazing. Very encouraging, supportive but not in your face ( as in contacting you daily). I love getting answers to my questions in n a very timely manner. And most of all I find the support outstanding

Don’t do it.
Awful. Don’t do it. There are so many other places. At Zealthy they are very communicative until you join with your membership fee. In fact, overly so. I got so many communications that I was confused. I ended up ordering my med through them before insurance approved it. Then when it was time to represcribe and my insurance was approved, I had to demand it be put through insurance and I was sent three different links before they sent me the right one to do so. All my communication since becoming a member results in crickets until I reach out multiple times. Right now I am waiting on a response about a side effect and it has been more than three business days.

Terrible service
I started this in January. The first couple of months went smoothly. The issues started when I purchased a six month supply. I received my first 3 months and the dosage they provided went down from what I was taking and I have not lost any weight and have explained this many times with no resolution. My next 3 months was supposed to be here the beginning of June and I still do not have it. I will not be able to continue as I have no more left until I receive it. I have written many times and basically being told the same thing, “they are escalating it.” What really makes me mad is I already paid for the full six months. I would NOT recommend Zealthy to anyone unless you want to be frustrated. If I could get a refund I would but they will not. I will be canceling this service after I get my last order.
