Easy,can't weight

Deceptive advertising on their ads.....as soon as you are done answering the questions they charged you $135 membership fee which i didnot agree to...now they tell me it will be 5 to 7 days for my refund...this company is not to be trusted....!!!!!

I initially signed up intending on getting the three month supply because of the payment plan offered. When I got to checkout and there was no payment plan, I cancelled that and ordered one month instead. They charged me for both, they shipped both even after I discussed with their customer service that a refund would be processed, and have since stopped responding to me entirely. Very frustrated with this sort of predatory behavior and I am going through financial hardship because of their mistake.

Please do not use this company for your healthcare needs. The information on the website is highly misleading, customer service is below poor, and the overall business model is shady to put it politely. When you are contacted by "professional" coaches or mentors, you get bombarded by pre-crafted AI generated emails and text messages from "people" with different names. When you follow up via text message or email, you will hear from a completely separate person who does not have any background or notes on your account, so you basically have to start all over. That is even if you get a reply at all. They will blow you up with communication to sign up for a membership but once you sign up, they ghost you. Additionally, the marketing is incredibly misleading when it comes to hidden costs and exclusions from promotions. When you do actually get a person on the phone, it is likely someone in the middle of nowhere as they cannot understand and you certainly cannot understand them. This compounded "medicine" business is not a monopoly, so I encourage consumers to venture elsewhere, as Zealthy is a complete and absolute scam.

Terrible- website is unreliable. Couldn't log in whether through my phone or computer browser. Repeatedly attempted to bill me for various amounts. Had to call my bank and block their attempts because no one would reply to me outside of 'payment failed' emails.

Was prescribed tirzepatide on 5/20 and was told I would have it in 3 days. It is now 6/27 and it has still not shipped. I've received countless texts from Zealthy saying that they have "escalated it" with zero results to be shown for it. I do not believe they have the infrastructure in place to handle the orders being placed. I've completely lost my faith in their ability to provide their services and can only imagine how much of a gap in refill time there will be. UPDATE: I responded to ZEALTHY’s response and have heard nothing back from them. Par for the course. UPDATE 2: After much back and forth, I have asked ZEALTHY for a full refund (membership and medication $905) as I still don't have a tracking # for the initial GLP-1 order on 5/20. I had initially offered them a chance to make it right by expediting the order but highly doubt their ability to do so. Refund is the only route now. I will update again if they honor their word and provide a full refund. Last Update; Customer service was eventually somewhat helpful. Never got my medications. I filed a successful challenge with Klarna for the medication costs. Best piece of advice I could give as people are navigating these online pharmacy companies is to use Klarna for the charge. If you don't get what was ordered they are quick to resolve the charges.
