Multiple Documented Cancellations Ignored – Formal Complaints Filed
I have documented proof that I followed Zealthy’s cancellation process in full on multiple occasions, starting with my initial request on July 9,2025. Each time, I completed every step exactly as instructed, received the on-screen confirmation that my account was “scheduled for cancellation,” and exited the process in good faith that my membership would end. Despite this, Zealthy has kept my account active and continued to bill me. My records include: -Screenshots of cancellation confirmations. -Emails and support messages proving multiple cancellation attempts. -Responses from Zealthy in which they acknowledge my account is still active and instruct me to repeat the cancellation process again. Instead of honoring my cancellations, Zealthy has repeatedly responded with retention pitches — trying to sell me alternative plans — while ignoring my direct demand to stop services and issue a refund. This is not just inconvenient; it appears to be a systematic business practice designed to delay or block cancellations. I have already filed formal complaints with: -Federal Trade Commission (FTC) -Better Business Bureau (BBB) -Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division I have also initiated a chargeback with my bank for charges made after my original cancellation date. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly urge you to document everything (dates, screenshots, emails) and file your own complaints with these agencies. The more consumers who report, the more likely action will be taken against these practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zealthy, and I caution anyone considering their services to research cancellation reviews before signing up.
