False advertising and refund refusal I purchased a Zealthy monthly membership for their weight loss program based on their online advertisement for prefilled injectable pens for weight loss medication. It was only after I paid the $39 fee that I was shown any medication options. I was shown two medications, but neither one had prefilled injectable ones as an option. That was the only reason why I signed up with Zealthy to begin with. I immediately canceled my membership and contacted customer service to ask for a refund. I paid $39.00 but received no goods or services. While the customer service representative was polite, he said the company does not issue refunds once a provider has reviewed your intake information and approved a medication. When I j informed the representative that I had cancelled the membership before a provider reviewed my information, I was told they didn’t matter. Again, the company refused to issue a refund despite the fact that no provider ever reviewed my intake form. Ultimately, I paid $39.00 for absolutely nothing. Avoid using this company. Their practices are deceptive and untrustworthy.

Hello Erin! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion with our weight loss program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I found there site and nowhere did I see anything about additional charges for the medication. Only "lose weight for $39.00 a month". I was led to believe that there were no additional changes. I find this a poor marketing practice and cannot recommend Zealthy due to these practices.

Make sure you read fine print because they’ll gladly take that $135 or more membership fee, probably won’t communicate if you’re trying to make changes and that fee is apparently non-refundable. I kept my account open while trying to contact them on the app and email AND with it looking like I still owed and they will not refund no matter what. They withdrew then blamed it on a “bug” that my account looked past due. Terrible business practice especially after being a paying member for almost a year. After finally being able to reach them by phone, they were of no help and could care less if you could really use that money that paid for nothing. My intentions were to resume at a later date. Needless to say I will not and do not recommend this company.

This is the WORST company!! I received confirmation on 4/1/25 that my account was canceled and I'm STILL being charged $135/month. I've contacted customer support many, many times and keep getting the same type of emails with no resolution to my repeated attempts for a refund. I have contacted my bank today after month of trusting they would issue refunds. I was informed by my bank that the company puts through the $135 charge under slightly different company names, such as Zealthy and getzealthy.com. I urge everyone not to utilize this company!!

Please don't mess with these crooks.i said yes to find out first payment was $670. I told them forget it and cancel me,this was 2 weeks ago and yesterday they tried getting money again. I had to call bank to block them. I can imagine if they got it the problems trying to get it back.I would not even trust their medication at this point. Please stay away from them
