ZEALTHY was great in the beginning but slowly started becoming annoying on top of being expensive already. I stopped paying my membership fee because I was going through financial struggles then when got to a better spot paid for it again because I was offered to return for 50% off. I was only supposed to be charged 65 for the return I was charged the full 135 and wasn’t given partial refund because I didn’t have a screenshot of the promo. I didn’t take a screenshot because I was just hoping that they would’ve been honest the first time and charged me what was said to be charged. Then I get another charge for 135 as I’m trying to pay for my medicine. I’m extremely annoyed and looking to be refunded but probably won’t

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want unauthorized charges to your card. And customer service will tell you that everything is legitimate on their end. So you'll be left trying to figure everything out on your own. I have had nothing but a headache dealing with Zealthy. Such an unethical company.

Complete scam signed up for service, would not provide a legitiment perscription. Only offered their own junk.. Cancelled in 2024 over the last week they tried chargign me mulitple times for 135 even though i show its cancelled

Zero stars!! Not legit!! I have exhausted every administrative remedy and they still refuse to refund $650!! I literally signed up for $39 to get a coach as their website promises to discuss a treatment plan!! That service was never provided!! Instead they immediately charged me $866 and immediately shipped me a medication (which I wasn’t allowed to refuse and it wasn’t refrigerated so absolute trash)! Within minutes of visiting their site 2 charges hit my credit card! I did not authorize $866. I have dual coverage for insurance, was never allowed the benefit of a coach to discuss treatment options, never provided medical documentation or medical insurance information!! I literally received no interaction…just two charges at nearly $900….until I got a text a shipment was on the way!!😡 A shipment not authorized!! I am in the process of joining a class action because despite my credit card dispute, BBB process, FTC complaint they still refuse to refund me the outstanding $650!! Also, I belong to a FB forum/group where many victims share their stories. Some former Zealthy employees have posted about the companies deceptive practices in this group. I cannot stress enough…do not give this company your credit/debit card information. They will continue to charge you without authorization and without providing a service. The emotional distress the victims are suffering is beyond measure!! What this company is doing is absolutely criminal!! So many victims are out there. In many cases they will continue to charge even after giving partial refunds! It is impossible to “cancel”. If you refuse delivery of an unauthorized shipment it doesn’t matter because they fall on their policy that meds cannot be returned or refunded. In the end this company will go down. I just pray it is sooner rather than later!! Also, please note they never submit or work with insurance so that is a lie! They immediately charge the retail price of whatever med they desire and they never gather insurance information before charging you!! Nor do they actually provide a process of speaking with a coach to go over treatment options! Nope…they offer nothing. They just take credit card information and continue to charge you for life! Also the support email is a joke! You will just get the same canned response with a different name attached with absolutely no on point discussion. They never actually answer your concerns!! It is clearly just robotic responses! This company had over 13 hours to cancel the unauthorized shipment (which contained a small bottle of placebos, air filled bags and no refrigeration packaging) and they didn’t!! I sent several emails, texts and contacted FEDEX to try and stop the shipment. FEDEX said only the sender can stop and they are aware they are a scam company!! They won’t allow deliveries to be refused because they do not allow returns of medications! As you can see this is a very sophisticated scam!

I cancelled this service after the trial period because I went back to Life MD. I was charged $135 four consecutive months after the customer care team ensured my account was cancelled. They refunded 1 month only. I have been going back and forth with them for FOR WEEKS now on regard to the other 3 months worth of refunds. Their customer care team is useless, AI responses. I filed a complaint with the BBB a few weeks ago for resolution and they have not responded to that either. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

Frauds! Charged me money and never sent shipments. Then, continued charging my credit card after I canceled. I would dispute a charge, get it reversed, then they would turn around and charge me again, changing their name slightly by adding numbers and letters behind it. I can't keep up with the ridiculous fraudulent activity! I'm seriously about to get a lawyer involved. I'm out thousands!

Has met all my expectations

This company continues to charge me monthly for a subscription and even billed me for medication I never received. Despite this, I keep getting emails saying they couldn’t process my payment this month. Frankly, I believe this business is a scam. Don’t be misled by their canned responses to reviews — I’ve reached out to them daily with no reply. The only time I heard from them was when they failed to charge my card this month!
