After getting lousy service and supplies for a copay on a machine that cost almost as much as the device itself, I decided to stop paying the Highway Robbery copay and BUY my equipment with a 2 year warranty instead. Why anyone would put up with that kind of bullcrap is beyond me, when you can nip it in the bud and buy the equipment from reputable dealer instead! The delivery was right on time, the equipment is awesome and the customer service is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Wellue!

We have been using Wellue products for close to 8 years, especially with our kids who have complex conditions which requires constant oxygen monitoring without impairing their activities. We have used the Baby02 and KidsO2 pulse oximeters. They are very accurate and have measured them side by side with hospital equipment during admissions. On a few occasions we have had products fail within the warranty period but their customer service has been exceptional, responded on the very same day and replaced the products with minimal fuss. For the cost, accuracy and great customer service I have no issues recommending Wellue as I have already done to other parents. I felt compelled to write this review after a great customer service interaction today.

I had an issue with my oxygen concentrator. Emailed the company Willie guided me through steps of trying to troubleshoot it. When it was not successful for the machine to operate properly, they had no problem sending me a new machine. The people were wonderful to work with very helpful and polite.

Wellue is a Chinese drop ship company with no US presence and terrible customer service. They do not accept my returns and will not refund you. I have over 20 emails with them yet to refund a defective item. Buy from a reputable company.

Wellue sold me a med device that stopped working after 30 months. The support is terrible. Broken English (Chinese) and you get on a merry go round where they repeat asking you the same questions or requests for videos which they then say they cannot watch. There is no option to escalate an issue. I should not have to buy it again after less than 3 years

My independence was/is threatened by COPD breathing issues. The Wellue portable oxygen concentrator provides me with a third lung allowing me to perform tasks like walking my dogs, shopping and mowing my lawn which I would otherwise not be able to complete. I have not yet needed support from the company beyond the initial sale of the product. I am pleased enough with the concentrator to recommend it to friends who struggle with their breathing.
