I purchased the watch for my father who has had high blood pressure for most of his adult life to help monitor his health after a triple heart bypass. Unfortunately the watch hasn’t worked long enough to collect enough data. We have had to contact support once a month and all they will do is send a new watch, they aren’t able to offer a refund but they can send a replacement every month when the next one stops working. One of the replacements we received was mailed from someone personally trying to mail their back and it came without a box and from their personal address with their email printed inside of it requesting to send it back. They have never once asked us to mail ours back, but i don’t blame them because they don’t work. They last about 30 days and it’s not that it just needs charged, the screen goes out or blurs. I wish i could just get the money back and put it towards something more trustworthy. Save your money and the hassle and just get something a little more pricey. My first purchase was on 2/18/26, i notified them on 3/16/26 for a replacement. The. Again on 4/6. Again on 5/4 and now on 6/2. It’s like they only want them to last for a month

Product support was disgraceful, and these so called health products are a gamble with your own life and well being. I purchased a Resvent unit which smelt and occasionally shutdown. Three months after the purchase, I asked if it could be replaced and what the error code meant. They demanded I catch and film the code to prove it during the night. I initially gave up after the run around, I bought another unit cause I needed sleep. The next time I used it, the motor winding caught fire, filling my lungs with smoke.
