If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a scheduled appt and received a text message that cleaner was on the way. I have 3 floors in my apt so I went downstairs to wait and was working in the meantime. They sent a text message at 10am stating they were at the door which I missed the text due to working but NO ONE knocked at my door!! They lied and said they did for 15 minutes when I was sitting 5 steps away. I don't work on the phones so my house was quiet. Now they are saying I have to reschedule for another day but ehat kind of company lies about knocking at a door? SMH

Don't bother booking with Spuce. I booked a move-out cleaning for 05/20/24 between 10 AM - 5 PM. I received a text message @ 4:21 pm informing me someone was on their way. Only to receive a text at 4:58 to inform me that they are unable to complete the service. My appointment was canceled and a refund was issued. Unfortunately, my final walk-thru is scheduled for tomorrow morning, so I do not have enough time to schedule a move-out cleaning wit a more reputable company.

Zero communication from cleaners prior to, during, or after arrival. Led to hundreds of dollars worth of valuable items getting either taken or thrown out. Scam artists - do not trust this company for a second

Absolutely worst service you can use. I had a cleaning booked today, after receiving 1 text that the cleaner was on the way and 1 text 15 minutes later saying they couldn’t find my apartment. They left, couldn’t come back after I contacted them back less than 30 minutes. My keys are due today so I will be cleaning my apartment extremely late tonight which is why I hired a company to clean my apartment.

No call no show to a 10am-5pm window. Don’t waste your time.

I waited for hours for one of my recurring cleaning services, but no one came up. They do not have the decency to contact me either. They had a four-hour window to perform the service. When I contacted them, they gave me the standard "car broke down" explanation. Very unprofessional. I immediately canceled my account.

My experience with customer services was very good She really did try to help me & I think she deserves a raise after 3 hrs she spent trying help me get this app to work right.Its not her fault THE APP & SPRUCE COMPANY SUCK! THE ONLY REASON U WENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY & PAID $25 TO GET MY INCOME TAX FEW DAYS EARLIER.BUT THAT'S A LIE!!! NOW ITS GONNA BE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS CUZ THEY NEVER SENT ME A CARD LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.CANT GET THIS APP TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO MY DEBIT CARD.I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK CUZ I NEVER GOT IT EARLIER.ACTULLY IM GONNA GET IT WAY LATER THEN EVERYONE ELSE.I SPENT 2 DAYS ON PHONE(1HR & HALF ON 1ST DAY & 4 HRS NEXT DAY) TRYING TO GET MY BANK ACCOUNT LINKED I WILL TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN IF I GET MY MONEY BACK! Waste of money. The app set up took longer than the cleaner spent at the house which was a total of 40 minutes from the time they entered to the time they left. No initiative taken, nothing even straightened up. And I reached out to customer support who said “teams work at varying speeds”. It wasn’t a team and regardless of the time, the quality was poor. Not worth giving a stranger access to my home. No thank you.
