Do NOT waste your money!! Spruce partnered with my townhomes and offered $45 off my first clean so I thought I would try it. They no call no showed on the day they were supposed to come. Then when they showed up the following morning, it was a crackhead lady with no teeth who hadn't showered in a week. I paid for the full premium deep clean where they were supposed to clean everything from the window sills to the baseboards to the light fixtures to the cabinets and everything in between. She was there for 1 hour and cleaned the entire place with the same dirty rag. When she left, I wiped my hand across my kitchen counter and a ton of dust came up on my hand from everything else she had cleaned with the rag. My bathroom mirror was smeered with the same dirt from the same dirty rag. When I asked for a refund they informed me that it is against their policy to offer full refunds and gave me a $25 credit. Stay FAR away from these people!!

As for your service, our internal review confirmed that while certain details were missed — including dusting baseboards and properly cleaning cabinets, fixtures, and doors — the majority of the Premium Cleaning service was completed. In accordance with our policies, a full refund was not warranted; however, as an acknowledgment of the other missed areas, a $25 refund was processed back to your original payment method.
