Today we got cancelled (on a service that was scheduled months in advance)… for the 3rd time. This company regularly cancels our scheduled services, without any notice. They simply don’t show up, and when you reach out to them they apologize and reschedule for days (or weeks) later. Their cleaners do a fair job, but the company is too unreliable.

I was really hoping to make this work long term but after first time they cleaned my place, I found living room and bathroom corners inappropriately cleaned. They shoved all the dirty dishes into my laundry without rinsing and created more mess than they were before. Customer service didn’t even flinch to make it up for it and offered a 10$ discount for next cleaning session. I’ll pass.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Loading the dishwasher is part of our service checklist, so if you ever need to make an adjustment to the base service, don't hesitate to contact support or add booking notes. We do have a time limit for when cleaning redos can be done, and apologize that a redo request was made after that timeframe. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re committed to using it to enhance our service. Thank you for helping us improve.

Horrible customer service and absolutely unprofessional. I had a cleaning service scheduled but no one showed up, they just took the money and not even respond properly to the customer service chat. I have had cleaners for 10+ years but this is the first time i have dealt with such an unprofessional company. Wil never recommend them to anyone or go back to their services

My first experience was fine, but the second experience was not. I simply wrote a review to the company explaining that they did not clean behind my counters or the floors properly. They immediately accused me of falsifying photos and stated that one of them was due to "oxidation" and they won't clean that. It was ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything free - I cleaned it myself. Yet, they decided to state I was the one in the wrong. Too expensive - not worth it!

I have used Spruce twice now and both times the service has been fantastic! Hilda and Maria both took care to go the extra mile. They are thorough, efficient, and organized. Will deifnitely book again!

They do not stand by what they offer. I booked a cleaning move out service and they didn't even sweep or vacuum the floor. After a few emails back and forth I gave up because I realized they will do nothing to assist you with your issue. They sub out the work to people who do not care to work correct. Would highly NOT recommend.
